NXL Technologies was formed by merging Lee Specialties and Nexus Energy Technologies, two of the industry's leading pressure control manufacturing companies, creating a cutting-edge global wireline and coiled tubing pressure control equipment manufacturer. The new entity provides innovative equipment, sales, rentals, services, and equipment repair to the worldwide energy sector.
Lee Specialties was founded in 1995 and was a globally recognized manufacturer of wireline pressure control equipment and offshore skid units for wireline intervention. In addition, the company produced proprietary blowout preventers, control units and other equipment critical for safe and effective well completion and intervention operations through the well's lifecycle.
Nexus Technologies was founded in 2006 and was the leading manufacturer of coiled tubing pressure control equipment in North America, with a significant share in the Middle East and other international markets. The company used robust technology, innovation, service and quality as their foundation to ensure customer and industry needs were supported.
This combination enables an increased and well-balanced international presence, bringing service locations to markets and customers that need it.
NXL has several key locations across the globe to provide innovative solutions for clients like you. Our head office is located in Blackfalds, Alberta, Canada. NXL's additional Canadian locations include Red Deer where we have approximately 125,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art manufacturing space, and our Grande Prairie location which offers sales, rentals, services and repairs.
We also have sales, rental, service, and repair locations in (i) Houston, Midland and Williston in the United States, (ii) Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Ras Al Khaimah, UAE in the Middle East. Key distribution relationships in South America, Europe, and Asia have also contributed to the distribution of NXL's equipment to more than 50 countries worldwide.
